Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you should need to cancel our appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of our meeting either by email or by sending me a text message. Any later and I will consider you a “no-show” and charge you 50% of the cost of our meeting.

Billing and Payment

You can pay by cash, check or credit card and I accept payment in either NIS or (American) Dollars. After our first meeting I will bill immediately, but after that I bill twice a month.

Referrals

Clients who make referrals can get discounts on future services – just make sure the new client mentions your name when they contact me and I’ll be sure to discount your next meeting accordingly.
